Metcon (Time)

In teams of 2

1 person works/1 person holds

100 wallballs/hang from pull up bar

100 KBS/hold plank

100 pull ups/hold wallsit

For time, each partner will complete 50 reps before tagging their partner or moving forward. While one partner is completing the movements, the other will be holding the assigned position. If the person completing the hold stops, the other must stop and both partners must perform 4 burpees. Work will resume when the partner resumes the hold position
