Registration is now open for our Spring Sessions for our CrossFit Teens and Kids programs.
CrossFit Kids runs Mondays and Wednesdays from 3:30-4:15pm. The Spring session starts April 1st and runs until June 26th.
CrossFit Teens runs Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:30-4:30pm. The Spring session starts April 2nd and runs until June 27th.
Cost is $204.75.

It has come time to wish Coach Bobbie and her family the best of luck with their upcoming new addition.
I would like to thank her for all she has done for CrossFit 187 over the past couple of years, and especially these last 9 months!
Even though she is taking a break from coaching, we can’t wait to have her back. And although she will be missed, I am certain we will see her around lots!
We will be running one class Family Day at 10am
We are one month into our New Year New You Fitness Challenge and the participates are doing amazing!
With 13 members doing then nutrition program they have lost a combined 47lbs!
Our new members from the Fitness Challenge have finished their On Ramp and will be attending regular classes, so if you see a new face around be sure to introduce yourself.
As far as the points go, Samantha is leading the way for new members and Ola and Lexie and Amber are all within points of each other for the current members.
You guys are doing a fantastic job!

The CrossFit Open is just around the corner with the first workout being released February 21st!

When you register make sure you select CrossFit 187 as your affiliate. We will be running the workouts all day Friday.
If you have not done the Open before and have NO idea what it is, please talk to your coach.
Remember the Open is for everyone and every level and is an amazing challenge!
If you have signed up for the challenge, it is now officially started!
If you are doing the challenge and haven’t already signed up for Wodify Rise you need to head to newyearnewyou2019.wodifyrise.com and sign up ASAP. Don’t wait for your appointment with your coach, as this is the way we will be tracking your points and determining the winner. Once you have registered, you can download the Wodify Rise App, and start accumulating points. There are Daily and Weekly points to be accumulate.
Please also start tracking your food using MyFitness Pal, as you will get daily points for tracking your food, so do the best you can until your meeting with your coach. Also please make sure you add your coach as a friend, and make your diary public.

For those of you who have already signed up for the New Year New You Challenge, there are a few things you need to do before you initial check in with your coach.
The day of your appointment please weigh yourself at home, first thing in the morning. Also make sure you bring your phone to your appointment.
Please make sure you also bring in your food journal with you, unless it is on MyFitnessPal.

Are you looking to clean up your diet in the New Year and not sure where to start?

This New Year, join our New Year New You Challenge to kick start 2019 with a healthier you. This challenge is for current and new members.
Included in the challenge is:
- A private mini assessment with Sarah or Bobbie, Precision Nutrition Lv1, where you will get recommended macros and tips to help you reach your goals
- Learn and develop new habits
- Make dietary changes to improve your lifestyle
- Have weekly check-in via email to help keep you accountable. Photos and measurements required
- Receive points for tracking your food, attendance, and your weekly measurements and photos.
For our New Members you will start the challenge with our On Ramp Program. This will run every Tuesday/Thursday evenings at 6:30pm for the month of January, then you will get two months of unlimited classes, on top of the nutrition.
How to Join:
- Register at the gym and pick up your registration package by January 5th
- During the month of December try to track 3 days worth of a typical day’s diet for you. You can do this by using my fitness pal(and connecting with Sarah) or by simply writing it down in a notebook. Email your diary to firstname.lastname@example.org before January 7th
- Fill out your registration forms and either email or return to the gym before January 7th
- Go to newyearnewyou2019.wodifyrise.com and register.
For New Members there is also the option to join the challenge, without the Nutrition part.
