The 2018 CrossFit Open is fast approaching. If you haven’t signed up yet, head to games.crossfit.com to sign up and join in on 5 weeks of challenging workouts to test and rank yourself against the world.
For those of you who don’t know The CrossFit Open is the first stage of competition for the CrossFit Games. We will be doing the workouts every Friday and Saturday through out the 5 weeks. So even if you don’t sign up, you won’t be escaping the workouts.
We will also be doing our Intramural Competition to encourage everyone to participate. We have our four teams already made. Your team will receive points weekly for you just showing up and completing the workout sometime between Thursday Night and Monday Night of the 5 weeks. We will also be running weekly challenges for you to earn extra points for your team as well as Top 3 Finishers in each category.
If you are fresh off of your On Ramp I will be contacting you to let you know what team you will now be a part of.
