CrossFit Teens – Forging Fitness for the Future

As 2017 comes to an end, New Years Resolutions are on everyone’s minds. At the beginning of the year everyone is making health resolutions, so let’s not forget about our children while making these resolutions.  

Now is the time to get your kids on a healthy path with an exercise program. Our CrossFit Teens program is not only for athletes, but actually more so for the average kid who does not participate in sports. Exercise helps boosts self-confidence and has been proven to increase their success in schools. Now is the time to make a difference in the future health of your children.

It falls on us as parents to ensure our children stay active for optimum health – and CrossFit Teens can help.

The goal with CrossFit Teens is to pair fitness with fun. Long term adherence to the program means teens develop heathier lifestyles. And the only way to do that is to make sure that they think what they are doing is fun.

Call or email us today to sign up your teen for our next session. Classes run Tuesday and Thursday from 3:30-4:30pm and are for kids ages 12-17. Session starts January 9th and runs until March 29th.
