Double Couplet

For time:
40-30-20 Front Squats
80-60-40 Box Jumps

40-30-20 Deadlifts
60-40-20 HSPU/HR Push UPs

Teams can split up reps however they like. Alternating between front squats and box jumps, then moving onto the deadlift and HSPU couplet. Teams are responsible for adding weight to their bar before starting the deadlifts.
