New to CrossFit?

Our On-Ramp program is mandatory for all new members who have not participated in CrossFit before.
The emphasis of the On-Ramp Program is on skill development and exposure to our basic movements. It is designed to prepare you to enter our ongoing classes. We are going to be hammering technique, both to ensure your safety and success at the next level.

Schedule

There will be 8 sessions, plus 2 session in one of our ongoing group classes.

Simply email us your availability and we will work together with you to coordinate when works best for your schedule.
