New Strength and Conditioning Class & Open Gym Hours

For those who don’t already go know, Tuesday and Thursday 6:30pm class has been changed to a Strength and Conditioning class. Please see Coach Ross for more details. We will also be offering an Open Gym at the same time.

Effective November 1st, Open Gym time will be added in at 5-7am Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. And 6-7am Thursdays.

Please note that if you are utilizing the Open Gym during a regular scheduled class that the class does get priority over equipment and space and we ask that you respect the coach and other gym members during these times.
