New Year New You

Are you looking to clean up your diet in the New Year and not sure where to start? 

Or perhaps you’ve been wanting to try CrossFit for a while now, but have been putting it off? 

This New Year, join our New Year New You Challenge to kick start 2019 with a healthier you. This challenge is for current and new members. 

Included in the challenge is:

  • A private mini assessment with Sarah or Bobbie, Precision Nutrition Lv1, where you will get recommended macros and tips to help you reach your goals
  • Learn and develop new habits
  • Make dietary changes to improve your lifestyle
  • Have weekly check-in via email to help keep you accountable. Photos and measurements required
  • Receive points for tracking your food, attendance, and your weekly measurements and photos.

For our New Members you will start the challenge with our On Ramp Program. This will run every Tuesday/Thursday evenings at 6:30pm for the month of January, then you will get two months of unlimited classes, on top of the nutrition.

How to Join:

  •  Register at the gym and pick up your registration package by January 5th 
  • During the month of December try to track 3 days worth of a typical day’s diet for you. You can do this by using my fitness pal(and connecting with Sarah) or by simply writing it down in a notebook. Email your diary to before January 7th
  • Fill out your registration forms and either email or return to the gym before January 7th
  • Go to and register.

For New Members there is also the option to join the challenge, without the Nutrition part.
