This is the last week for the New Year New You Fitness Challenge, which means Retest and Weigh-ins!!
If you don’t make it to class today (Monday) please make sure you retest the workout before Friday. You also have all week to weigh in, so please make sure you get that done, we won’t be chasing you around!
For non-members if you didn’t receive the information for memberships going forward please let the coaches know. And if you have any movements missing from your passport, please let Sarah know and we will schedule some time to catch you up.
