For those of you who have already signed up for the New Year New You Challenge, there are a few things you need to do before you initial check in with your coach.
The day of your appointment please weigh yourself at home, first thing in the morning. Also make sure you bring your phone to your appointment.
Please make sure you also bring in your food journal with you, unless it is on MyFitnessPal.
