Nutrition Challenge Update

We are one month into our New Year New You Fitness Challenge and the participates are doing amazing!

With 13 members doing then nutrition program they have lost a combined 47lbs!

Our new members from the Fitness Challenge have finished their On Ramp and will be attending regular classes, so if you see a new face around be sure to introduce yourself.

As far as the points go, Samantha is leading the way for new members and Ola and Lexie and Amber are all within points of each other for the current members.

You guys are doing a fantastic job!
