Based on the CrossFit prescription of "constantly varied, functional movement executed at high intensity," our CrossFit program combines strength training with the "classic" CrossFit cardio workout. For this 1-hour class, you could be working on pull-ups, rowing, burpees, and much more. Every workout is different so you never get bored! We scale each workout to your fitness level, so you get maximum results every time.
Did you miss a training session? Need to work on a skill before class? Come on in and get it done. Open gym allows you to make the most of our tools and fitness community. This hour is unsupervised and is recommended that you have at least 6 months of CrossFit classes under your belt before attending.

Additionally a vast body of research indicates that exercise is beneficial to cognitive function, which means consistent adherence to the program can have a positive impact on children's academic achievement.
Our teens program develops strength, coordination, balance, agility, flexibility, and endurance. Our workouts involve pushing, pulling, running, throwing, lifting, climbing, and may other activities that improve fitness and confidence. We aim to equip children with healthy habits that will stick with them for life.
Our teens program is for children aged 12-17. We offer Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter sessions.

Child Minding is available Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for the 9:15am class only.
Our child minding room is available after hours for your child/children. We only ask that you clean up after your child/children, including sweeping if they make a mess.
Our child minding services are free with your membership.
