Finals – Top 5 Teams Advance

RX:
In this event, the first athlete will complete:
50 Squats
7 C2B Pull Ups
10 Hang Power Cleans, 95/135lbs

Once completed the second athlete will complete:
50 Wallballs, 14/20lbs
7 Bar Muscle Ups
10 Hang Power Cleans, 105/155lbs

Once completed the third and final athlete will complete:
50 Alt. Pistols
7 Ring Muscle Ups
10 Hang Power Cleans, 125/175lbs

Athletes cannot start their round until the athlete in front of them has finished. Each athlete has to complete one portion of the workout. Athletes are responsible for changing the weights on their teams bar for the next athlete.

Scaled:
The first athlete will complete:
50 Squats
14 Ring Rows
10 Hang Power Cleans, 55/75lbs

Once completed the second athlete will complete:
50 Wallballs, 6/14lbs
14 Jumping Pull Ups
10 Hang Power Cleans, 65/95lbs

Once completed the third and final athlete will complete:
50 Alt. Front Rack Lunges, 55/75lbs
7 Ring Muscle Ups
10 Hang Power Cleans, 85/115lbs

Time Cap: 18 minutes
